Consultant Intern - Impact Advisors

At Impact Advisors, I had the opportunity to work in both the Strategy and Operations practice as well as the Healthcare Technology practice. For my capstone project, I conducted comprehensive research, financial and data analysis, and interviews to present and deliver strategic recommendations for a healthcare M&A project. Every week during July, I traveled to a healthcare client in Orlando and analyzed data on over 15,000 surgeries to optimize surgery turnover times, maximize resource utilization, and increase revenue potential. Additionally, I played a crucial role in supporting the deployment of a cloud-based ERP system at Seattle Children's Hospital.

Under TJ McCarthy and Rick Hiton at United Valuation, my role involved data gathering and analysis to support the preparation of appraisal reports. In my second summer at UV, my responsibilities extended to the enhancement of the company's digital presence, providing a user-friendly website that facilitated access to vital resources. My efforts were instrumental in the efficient management of appraisal reports, including the fulfillment of bulk orders from two national lending institutions.
